Terms & Conditions
Violette Day Spa provides a welcome respite from the rush and stress of everyday life. We focus our attention on you in a cozy atmosphere and tailor treatments for your specific need.Tranquil atmosphere, the sounds of soothing music and the smell of refreshing scented candles in the air will set you into a state of relaxation.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior your first time visit treatment for changing and paperwork. Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment.Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Appointments missed by 15 minutes or more are cancelled with a 50% spa credit. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.
A cancellation notice of 48 hours is required.
GROUPONS THAT ARE NO SHOWS OR DO NOT GIVE 24 HOUR NOTICE WILL BE VOIDED AND GROUPON WILL BE REDEEMED.
NO REFUNDS ON PRE-PAID PACKAGES
Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.
Cell phones must be turned off when entering the spa.
