Cancellation Policy

Appointments are required. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments or a $50 rebooking fee will be charged to your credit card. All prepaid packages, services, promotions, gift card purchases, and all internet deal site purchases are non-refundable. However, the value may be used towards any other menu services.
